What is a virtual event?
Virtual events offer both from the convenience of your desktop without the inconvenience or cost of travel. Attendance is free. All you need to do is register. Like face-to-face events, the main features that draw audiences to virtual events are the educational presentations and booths on the expo floor.
How does a virtual event work?
First you must register (free of charge) and input your user name and password. Then on the live dates, simply log into the show from the comfort of your home or office. You must have a PC or Mac that's connected to a high-speed internet connection.
Once inside the virtual show doors you'll be able to browse the expo floor, chat with booth staff and other attendees, request samples, buy products, receive show specials, download brochures and other e-literature and view presentations.
What are the show hours?
The live show hours are communicated with each show. You are able to access the show after hours; however, the booths will not be managed and you won’t be able chat live. We highly recommend that you attend the show during live hours; however, you are still able to access the presentations, send e-mails to booth staff, and visit the booths after hours.
Do I need to pay for the show?
Typically virtual trade shows are offered FREE to all visitors, so anyone interested in attending the trade show or viewing any of our conference sessions is welcome FREE of charge.
Where do I go to attend the show?
Since this is a virtual event, the only place you need to go is in front of your computer logging on to the website announced!
How long will the event material be available after the live event?
All conference material and expo booths will remain available for registered attendees at no additional costs for a number of days following the closing date of the event. Show specials, sample requests, contests and ability to communicate with exhibitors will only be available during the live event
